Our experiences are stored not only in the mind, but deep within the tissues, the breath, and the nervous system. When we stop listening, the body begins to speak through tension, pain, and imbalance.
Through movement, breath, and deep awareness, Miranda guides people back to themselves not only physically, but emotionally and energetically.

Miranda is the founder and director of Swiss Pilates & Yoga, established in Geneva in 2005 a space created to reconnect people with their bodies in a deeper, more intelligent, and more compassionate way.
Her approach goes far beyond traditional fitness.
It is a therapeutic and holistic method, rooted in:

- and the subtle dialogue between body and mind

Miranda is a certified Yoga and Pilates therapist with a Federal Diploma in Yoga Therapy, and has been training teachers and therapists for over 15 years.
